Amazingly, the three guys who own Nick's Restaurant in Danbury purchased Nick's 15 years ago. Now it is a successful "local" restaurant, habituated by residents of the south side of Danbury on a regular basis.  That's why on its signage the restaurant proclaims "A gathering for family and friends.
Besides being the official caterer for the U.S. Army Reserves stationed in Danbury, the restaurant serves locals and anyone else who wants basic Italian food at reasonable prices.
